Step 1: I took a piece of white cardstock and cut to 9” x 6” and
folded in half to create a card that measures 4 ½” x 6”.
Step 2: I took green cardstock and cut out hearts using the
Plantin Schoolbook Cricut cartridge. I
took the mowed lawn distress ink marker and added some dots on the hearts. I used a pencil to determine the placement of
the hearts to create the tree. I adhered
using tacky glue. I added some silver
queen and co. rhinestones, one red rhinestone and a red ribbon.
Step 3: The sentiment is from Tim Holtz simple sayings word stamps
and I stamped the Merry Christmas saying in distress ink pad mowed lawn. The
planter for the tree was drawn using mowed lawn distress marker.
